Seahorse XFe96 + Cytation 1 cell imaging reader
The Agilent Seahorse XFe96 technology allows to study simultaneously glycolytic and mitochondrial activity in live cells, in a 96-well plate format. By serial injection of up to four compounds that can interfere with either pathway or affect the cellular state, a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function can be obtained. We combined the Seahorse analyzer with a BioTek Cytation Cell imaging multi-mode reader ensuring automatic normalization of data.
